Before coming in to drop off a document or for a meeting, you can call us to clarify what your file needs. Agreeing in advance on the originals, copies or number of copies required makes your visit easier to plan.
Opening hours
Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00. If you are planning a visit on a public holiday or a specific date, please confirm by phone beforehand. If you have a deadline, state the day and time in your request.
What should you include in your quote request?
- The document type and all pages of the document.
- The source and target languages.
- The country and institution where it will be used, and the purpose of the application.
- The required approval, number of copies and delivery format.
- The application deadline and your delivery preference.
If the document has illegible or missing pages, please point them out. If several documents will be used in the same application, it helps to review them together. Including the institution’s current list of requirements helps us choose the right scope.
Can you send documents remotely?
You can send digital documents for a preliminary review from other districts of Istanbul and from other cities in Türkiye. If a physical original or certified copy is required, the delivery and shipping plan is arranged separately. For details, see the online translation process and our service areas.

Does filling in the form open my email app?
No. The quote form sends your request through the website. A success or error message is shown next to the form.
How can I send my document?
For a document review, you can use email or WhatsApp. You can also send your project details through the form and arrange how to share the document separately.
Can I request a quote without coming to the office?
Yes. You can request a preliminary assessment with a legible copy of the document and details of what you need. Whether a physical document is required for later stages is clarified separately.
