Our office in Ataşehir
Our address: Küçükbakkalköy Mahallesi Gedikpaşa Sokak Sarıkaya İş Merkezi No:12 İç Kapı No:13 Ataşehir / İstanbul. Our opening hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00. Calling us before you come in to drop off a document or for a meeting makes it easier to prepare your file and confirm which documents are needed.
You can read about the local service process on the Ataşehir office and document preparation page. Our contact page has our phone number, email address and a map link.
Translation requests from the Asian side
You can send personal or corporate document requests from Kadıköy, Ataşehir, Maltepe, Kartal, Üsküdar and Ümraniye. These districts describe our service coverage; our physical office is in Ataşehir. When you first contact us, tell us your district, how you will get the document to us and how you would like it delivered.
For a passport, diploma, civil registry document, company paperwork or contract, sending the document in advance lets us assess the translation and certification needed before your visit. If a notary procedure or the physical original is required, clarify this separately. Requests from other districts on the Asian side can be handled through the same contact channels.
Service from the European side
If you are on the European side, you can share a scan of the document by email or WhatsApp for an initial review. You do not need to come to Ataşehir for the initial review; any steps that require the physical document are planned separately for each file. Tell us at the outset if you need certified copies, courier delivery or hand delivery.
Requests from other cities in Türkiye
Clients outside Istanbul can also request a quote by sharing the source and target languages, document type, purpose and required delivery date. The receiving institution decides whether a digital file is sufficient. If physical documents are needed, the shipping method, address and timing should be discussed together with the quote.
How is the delivery date planned?
The translation time is not the same as the notary, apostille and shipping steps, where these apply. State separately your application deadline, the date you want the document in hand and the city you are in. Courier and official processing times should be built into the file plan. Do not assume same-day delivery to any particular area; confirm availability in advance.
Before you send a document
- Share every page of the document legibly.
- Include the requirements of the target country and institution.
- Tell us the district or city you are in.
- Say whether you prefer digital or physical delivery.
- Ask what is covered for certification, copies and shipping.
