Why Ataşehir?
Ataşehir sits in the middle of the Asian side, between the D-100 (E-5) and the TEM motorway. Küçükbakkalköy, where our office is, is close to Kadıköy’s Kozyatağı neighbourhood. The campuses of Yeditepe University and Acıbadem University are also within Ataşehir. This makes it a convenient meeting point for people bringing documents from nearby districts, although most jobs do not require a visit.

A process that starts digitally
Whichever district you are in, the process starts the same way: send a legible photo on WhatsApp or a scan by email, and tell us the source and target languages, the receiving institution and your deadline. After an initial review we share whether certified translation, notarization or an apostille is needed, along with the fee and delivery plan. If the original or a notarized copy is required, a visit or handover is arranged by appointment.
See the online translation process guide for the detailed steps.
Courts and apostilles on the Asian side
Most cases on the Asian side are heard at the İstanbul Anadolu Courthouse in Kartal. Court documents are apostilled by the Justice Commission at the courthouse, while administrative documents such as a civil registry record are apostilled by the district governorship or the governor’s office. Tell us which institution issued your document and we can help you with the order of steps.
